There are a few bars to watch the game and an outdoor patio area which was a stone's throw from the beach. The breakfast buffet was average with limited selection. We ate at the seafood place two nights, Steamers I believe, and it was excellent. There were a few restaurants on the property and all had good reviews among everyone we talked to. Most of the dealers/pit bosses were really good and had good personalities. All of the Blackjack tables were 3/2 and had liberal rules as far as splitting, doubling, etc. They have $1 Blackjack, even at night, and $5 tables that turned into $10 at night. They DO NOT have Let It Ride, Texas Hold Em, or Baccarat. They have craps, roulette, 3 card poker, Blackjack, Mississippi Stud poker, Pai Gow, and Double Draw poker. The casino is fairly big with a whole lot of slots and about 30 table games, with about half of those tables being open. Maid service and customer service were really good the whole time as well. It was clean and served its purpose, but nothing fancy. The hotel room itself was on par with a Hampton Inn. They went for golf and gambling and I just went for gambling. I went along with my dad, who was there for a golf getaway/tournament with a big group from back home. I just returned from a 3 night stay at the Island View and I was fairly impressed.
